更新说明：

1. More robust way of finding and locating the civ process before opening it
2. Made opening the civ process bugfree when running on admin using windows XP
3. Gold cheat is now completely robust
4. Civ will now not have idle priority when losing focus, it will have normal
   priority and recieve high priority when focused again.
5. Made some new library functions and replaced older less robust ones.
6. Set trainer to automatically minimize on run with 6 second delay.
   You can change this in settings.ini
