These can't running in the Japanese locale. (Perhaps, other two bytes locales also)

If the system locale is changed to English　(Microsoft Applocale Utility is ineffectual), it is possible to evade.

The a lot of player using two bytes locale including me is waiting for the correction of this problem.
I am expecting you to fix this problem early. (About both Tarr Chronicles and Dark Horizon)

I suppose in 2 days we'll reply on what to do. This looks like a problem, that can be solved.
