《马基埃亚尔的传说》B40无穷死亡次数和自由调技能点的补丁

使用说明：

无穷死亡次数补丁：用winrar或者7zip存储模式替换掉
\game\modules\te-3.9.40.team
下 \mod\dialogs\DeathDialog.lua

具体修改出来的文件是这样的，注释掉下面这一行：
-- remove this line self.actor:attr("easy_mode_lifes", -1)

自由调技能点的补丁：用winrar或者7zip存储模式替换掉
\game\modules\te-3.9.40.team
下 \mod\dialogs\LevelupDialog.lua

具体修改出来的文件是这样的，注释掉下面这四行，两处。
