Prerequisite: None 先决条件：无

In combat, you do +10% damage against male opponents.在战斗中，你对男性对手10％的伤害。 Outside of combat, you'll sometimes have access to unique dialogue options when dealing with the same sex.外面的战斗，你有时不得不使用独特的对话选项时，同性别的问题。

基佬杀手，辐射新维加斯大多数都是男性……基佬杀手给力！

Friend of the Night (1 Rank) 夜之友 （1级）

Prerequisite: Sneak 30, Perception 6 先决条件：潜行30，感知6

You are a true friend of the night.你是今晚的一个真正的朋友。 Your eyes adapt quickly to low-light conditions indoors and when darkness falls across the post-nuclear wasteland.你的眼睛很快适应低光照条件下，当室内黑暗跨越后核荒地下降。

长按PIP3000小子打开键，可以有手电筒，那这个技能基本无用了……  

Heave, Ho! (1 Rank) 升沉，嗬！（1级）

Prerequisite: Explosives 30, Strength 5 先决条件：炸药30，强度5

Quite an arm you've got there, cowboy.你的手臂已经相当了那里，牛仔。 All thrown weapons fly farther and faster for you.所有的投掷武器飞得更远，更快的你。  

没啥用……

Hunter (1 Rank) 猎手 （1级）

Prerequisite: Survival 30 先决条件：生存30日

In combat, you do 75% more critical damage against animals and mutated animals.在战斗中，你对动物的75％以上的临界损伤和突变的动物。

只是动物啊，死亡爪可是变异怪物啊，不是动物！初期可以虐虐萌神火蜥蜴！不建议点

Intense Training (10 Ranks) 激烈的训练 （10级）

Prerequisite: None 先决条件：无

With the Intense Training perk, you can put a single point into any of your SPECIAL attributes.随着激烈的训练额外能力，你可以把你的特殊属性到任何一个点。

三点必须的！增加基础能力1点

Lady Killer (1 Rank) 妇女杀手 （1级）

Prerequisite: None 先决条件：无

In combat, you do +10% damage against female opponents.在战斗中，你10％的伤害对女性的对手。 Outside of combat, you'll sometimes have access to unique dialogue options when dealing with the opposite sex.外面的战斗，你有时不得不使用独特的对话选项，与异性打交道。

女性毕竟是少数……不能浪费PERK啊

Rapid Reload (1 Rank) 快速装弹（1级）

Prerequisite: Guns 30, Agility 5 先决条件：枪30，敏捷5

Rapid Reload makes all of your weapon reloads 25% faster than normal.快速刷新，使你的武器重载25％，比正常速度的。  

子弹都不够用，要那么快装弹干嘛？无视……

Retention (1 Rank) 保留 （1级）

Prerequisite: Intelligence 5 先决条件：智力5

With the Retention perk, the bonuses granted by all skill magazines last three times as long.随着保留振作，最后通过各种技术杂志，只要给予三倍的奖金。

暂时性提高的技能杂志，感觉不给力啊！暂时的~

Swift Learner (3 Ranks) 斯威夫特学习 （3级）

Prerequisite: Intelligence 4 先决条件：智力4

With each rank in the Swift Learner perk, you gain an additional 10% whenever Experience Points are earned.双方在斯威夫特学习振作排名，你会得到额外的10％时赚取经验点数。

VH难度下升级很快，没必要把PERK浪费在这个技能上~

食尸鬼 （1级）

Prerequisite: None 先决条件：无

With the Cannibal perk, when you're in Sneak mode, you gain the option to eat a corpse to regain hit points.与食人振作，当你在潜行模式的时候，你选择吃得到一具尸体重获命中率。 But every time you feed, you lose Karma, and if the act is witnessed, it is considered a crime against nature.但每次你喂，你失去了业力，如果该法案被看到，它被认为是违反自然的犯罪。

With the Educated perk, you gain two more skill ponits every time you advance in level.而受过良好教育振作，您将获得更多的技能ponits两个每一次你在水平的提高。 This perk is best taken early on in order to maximize its effectiveness.这是最好的咖啡馆里采取早期以最大限度地发挥其效益。

必须的！每级多加4点？技能点

Entomologist (1 Rank) 昆虫学家 （1级）

Prerequisite: Survival 45, Intelligence 4 先决条件：生存45，智力4

With the Entomologist perk, you do an additional 50% damage every time you attack a mutated insect, such as the Radroach, Giant Mantis, or Radscorpion.随着昆虫学家振作，你做一个额外的50％伤害，每次攻击一个突变的昆虫，如Radroach，巨螳螂，或Radscorpion。

除了有种大黄蝎子比较难对付，昆虫是弱势群体，不点。

Rad Child (1 Rank) 辐射仔（1级）

Prerequisite: Survival 70 先决条件：生存70

You truly are a radiation child.你真是一个辐射的孩子。 As you go through the increasingly devastating stages of radiation sickness, you will regenerate more and more health.当你通过放射病日趋毁灭性的阶段时，你会获得更多的，更健康。

有待考证这个技能的实用程度。

Run 'n Gun (1 Rank) 周润发（英雄本色，跑步射击……） （1级）

Prerequisite: Guns 45 or Energy Weapons 45 先决条件：能武器枪支45或45

The Run 'n Gun perk reduces accuracy penalties with one-handed ranged weapons (Guns or Energy Weapons) while walking or running.运行'东经枪振作降低了单手远程武器（枪或能量武器）的准确性走路或跑步时的惩罚。

Travel Light (1 Rank) 博尔特 （1级）

Prerequisite: Survival 45 先决条件：生存45

While wearing light armor or no armor, you run 10% faster.虽然穿着轻甲或没有装甲，10％的速度运行。

轻装状态前进速度+10%，没必要……除非能腾云驾雾。
