Return to the river and find a way to traverse it.

Watch through the window and get the password 137349.

Use the password to open the door. Walk through the room and see a mailbox on the exit left.

Rush forward to avoid the bird monster and reach the barbed wire gate locked by iron shackles.

On the gate left there is a mailbox. Another one is located at the left end. Go to the room on the right to get the wire cutter.

Crawl through the fallen bookshelf and see a monster.

Flee to the room at the other end of the corridor and hide in the cabinet.

After the monster has left, return to the room where it once appeared and acquire the wire cutter.

Breach the gate with the cutter. Then, the monster shows up again.

Rush ahead quickly. The first wooden bridge will break; climb up to continue fleeing (Black Drug is recommended here to speed up). An iron frame will fall from above at the second bridge. Crouch at the proper time to dodge the iron frame, and then stand up immediately and rush ahead (Black Drug recommended again).
