五人组的日记（鲍里斯部分1）

　　The pawnsacrifices itself to defend the king. At least Emilia Müller realized that inthe end. That is all that can be said for her.

　　The others think me callous, but this is simply the way of things. Even hereamongst the demons, these rules apply. For example, the largest of the packthat slew Emilia summoned and commanded its lesser brethren.

　　However, I do not think that was a king. No, it serves something grander. Icould feel its bond, the same bond that I've felt in the strange metal thatinhabits these caves. It's almost like a melody of some kind, a siren songdrifting up from the depths. Down there is where the true king lies, and Iintend to find him.

　　小卒子为了保护国王会牺牲自己。至少艾米莉亚·穆勒最后终于明白了这一点。这就是她的作用。

　　其他人都说我太无情了，但是这只是万事万物的规律而已。就算在是这些魔*鬼也遵循着这些规律。打比方来说，杀了艾米莉亚的那群魔*鬼中最大的那只会召唤并控制比它小一些的同类。

　　但是，我不认为那就是它们的国王。不，它服从于更加强大的生物（应该就是罗克韦尔了）。我能感觉到它们之间的联系，这种联系我在遍布于洞穴四处的奇怪金属中也感受到过。这就好像是某种旋律，一首来自深渊的塞壬之歌。真正的国王一定就在那深处，而我打算找到他。

　　Though ournumber was once five, only two of us have ever mattered. Only Imamu and Iposses the strength of will and presence of mind to discover this place'ssecrets. If he can discard his inner weakness, perhaps we may find it together.If he cannot, then in the end it will come to blood.

　　The more he wastes his time comforting that brainless mule, Trent, the more Ifear it will be the latter. A shame, but I will do what I must. The deeper wedelve, the stronger I hear the call, and I am destined to answer it. Thislabyrinth is mine to conquer, of nothing else have I been so certain.

　　尽管我们曾经有五人，但实际上只有两个人是真正靠谱的。只有依玛努和我有足够的体力和精神可以解开这个地方的秘密。如果他能够抛下他内心的脆弱，也许我们就能够一起解开这些谜团。但是他就是不行，那么最终他肯定会面临血光之灾。

　　他在那个没脑子的蠢*驴特伦顿身上浪费的时间越多，我就越担心他会丧命。真是可惜，但是我会做我必须做的。随着我们一步步深入，我能够感受到那个呼唤变得愈发强烈，而我是命中注定要做出回应的。我才是那个征服这片迷宫的人，对此我非常确信。（吐槽：上一个这么说的人已经长触手了）

　　When I calledthis place a labyrinth, it occurred to me that eventually I would have to faceits minotaur, though I had not expected that day to come so soon.

　　It was a towering, savage hellspawn, with wicked claws and a tail like a great,spiny serpent. We were fending off another pack of those hairless demons whenit burst forth from the ground, roaring and hissing. Needless to say, weimmediately fled.

　　Yet fortune is often borne of chaos. In our haste, we lost our sense ofdirection, and stumbled upon something wondrous - a glowing metal artifactunlike anything I have ever seen. If these caverns are the labyrinth and thatalien creature the minotaur, then surely this is its treasure.

　　当我称呼这个地方为迷宫的时候，我突然意识到我最终会和这里的米诺陶（希腊神话中牛头人身的怪物，住在迷宫中，喜欢吃小孩）面对面，尽管我并没有想到这一天会来得这么快。

　　那是一个巨大野蛮的来自地狱的怪物，长着邪恶的爪子和一条像巨型刺蛇的尾巴（恭喜你们装上了死神国王/王后）。当时我们正在抵御另外一群没毛的小魔鬼，它突然从地下蹦了出来，咆哮嘶吼着。我们当然立刻就逃命了。

　　但是有时候好运就是在混乱中诞生的。我们在匆忙之中失去了方向，然后在偶然间发现了一个奇妙的东西——一个我从未见过的闪闪发光的金属神器（运气真好）。如果这些洞穴是一个迷宫，而那些外星生物就是这里的米诺陶，那么这个洞穴肯定就是它们守卫的宝藏。

五人组的日记（鲍里斯部分4）

　　Yes, Iunderstand now! All of this is by design. This place, these creatures, ourarrival...he orchestrated it all as a test. This artifact isn't the prize, itis simply a token, proof that I am worthy! It is the key that will unlock thepath below, and at its end I will find the king. There I will find the Master.

　　Although if this is the key, then where is the door? That terminal we passed byearlier? Yes, that must be it. I need only convince the others to head in thatdirection, and then...

　　It is as I said before, sacrifices must be made. That is the way of things.That is the way of the Master.

　　是的，我现在明白了！这里的一切都是人为设计的。这个地方、这些生物以及我们的到来……他把这一切都设计成了一个测试。这个神器不是什么奖品，它只是一个信物，用来证明我能配得上它。这个钥匙能够解锁下方的道路，而在道路的尽头我将会找到这里的国王。在那里我会面对这里的主宰。

　　但是，如果这是钥匙，那么门在哪里？是不是我们先前经过的那个终端？对，一定是那样。我只需要说服其他人前去那个地方，然后……

　　就像我之前说过的，牺牲是必须的。这就是万事万物所遵循的规律而已。这就是主宰的行事方法。

五人组的日记（鲍里斯部分5）

　　I said I waswilling to die and that appears to be the natural course of action. On the wayback from the terminal I was attacked by a pack of ravagers and negligentlyinjured. Ah, I was so foolish to try and rush back! My injuries are far toosevere to make it back to camp in good health.

　　When we were scouting locations for a camp, we were malnourished. In a state ofclumsiness, Rusty slipped and fell a great distance off the edge of a cliff. Hepleaded with me to carry him, but I knew this wasn't a reasonable request. Itwould have been foolish to let his body go to waste.

　　Now I have the same fate, although, it won't all be a waste. It seems I'vefound a clue to unlocking the terminals. An artifact. Trent and Imamu mustcontinue where I have failed. Unlocking the key to existence.

　　我说过我不怕死，死亡只是生命中很自然地一部分。在我们从终端返回营地的路上，我被一群劫掠者袭击了，并且因为疏忽受了伤。啊，我真是愚*蠢，居然还想试着跑回去！我的伤势太严重了，根本没办法返回营地。

　　那个时候，当我们在四处探索寻找安营扎寨的地点的时候，我们都有些营养不良。拉斯提因为动作笨拙，从一个很高的悬崖上摔了下去。他请求我背着他，但是我知道这是一个不合理的请求。不好好利用他的尸体真的很愚*蠢。

　　但是现在我和拉斯提面临了同样的命运，而且我也不会浪费的。看来我发现了解锁终端的线索：一个神器。特兰顿和依玛努必须接下我失败的任务。打开逃离这里的大门。
